Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, yeast and sugar together. Mix the water, olive oil and salt and add to the flour mixture. Knead with a hand mixer for 3 minutes. Continue kneading for a few minutes on a lightly floured work surface (it should remain soft and sticky).
  2. Put 1/2 teaspoon olive oil in a mixing bowl and turn the dough in it. Cover with a damp tea towel and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour until the volume has roughly doubled.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (top / bottom heat). Dust a baking sheet with corn grits or flour. Knead the dough again on the floured work surface. Press flat on the baking sheet to a 1 cm thick flatbread (27 cm diameter). Form an edge.
  4. Brush the bottom with melted butter and bake for about 15 minutes. Brush with nut nougat cream and spread the chocolate on top. Now bake for 2 minutes so that the chocolate runs. After the baking time, sprinkle nuts, strawberries and / or marshmallows on the pizza as desired.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
