Rinse prawns, remove intestines, leave tails intact if desired. Heat the oil in a large pan; Add the butter, chilli and half of the garlic. Steam for 3 minutes while stirring. Add the prawns and top with the remaining garlic.
Fry the prawns pink for 3 minutes, then turn them over, add white wine and fry for another 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Serve with pizza bread or baguette.
