- 20 large shrimp (s)
- 60 ml oil (olive oil)
- 80 g butter
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), red, finely chopped
- 10 cloves garlic, crushed
- 60 ml white wine
- 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- Rinse prawns, remove intestines, leave tails intact if desired. Heat the oil in a large pan; Add the butter, chilli and half of the garlic. Steam for 3 minutes while stirring. Add the prawns and top with the remaining garlic.
- Fry the prawns pink for 3 minutes, then turn them over, add white wine and fry for another 4 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Serve with pizza bread or baguette.
