Ingredients
- 500 g kin prawns, fresh with head and shell
- 5 small cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- olive oil
- Sea salt, coarse

- Rinse prawns, pat dry. Peel the garlic and cut into sticks.
- Pour olive oil about 1 cm high into a pan with a high rim. Heat strongly, but it should not smoke.
- Sear the garlic and prawns together for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, lightly salt.
- Mix with chopped parsley. Eat with white bread.
