Instructions

  1. Peel the shallot and the clove of garlic and dice them medium coarsely. If there is no giant garlic at hand, you can also use mild or marinated garlic. Then more toes accordingly.
  2. Fry the shallots in a saucepan, add the garlic cubes. Be careful not to burn the garlic, otherwise it will quickly turn bitter. Put the lid on and let it simmer for around 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and cream or milk, pour over the shallot and garlic mixture, let set and serve hot with white bread.
