Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the clove of garlic. Then mix with the eggs and ajvar.
  2. Put the oil in a pan and add the egg mixture. Let it set over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then place the slice with the smoked turkey breast fillet (turkey salmon smoked meat) in the middle of the omelette and let it rest for about 7 minutes over medium heat. Serve hot.
