Wash the grapes, remove them from the stems and then bring to the boil in a saucepan for about 20 minutes. Then pass through a pointed sieve to retain the stones and fruit peel.
Measure the juice obtained, it should add up to one liter.
Add the amount of preserving sugar for 1.5 liters of liquid - a total of 1kg when using preserving sugar 2: 1.
Bring the juice to the boil, now add the wine, mulled wine spices and cinnamon.
Let it simmer for four minutes, meanwhile rinse the glasses with hot water and toss the lids with rum, leaving the remaining rum in the lids.
Carry out a gel test.
Immediately pour jelly hot into the prepared jars, close and turn upside down for five minutes. Turn around slowly and let cool down in peace.
