Instructions

  1. Grind the solid ingredients very finely in a powerful mixer. Add the liquids and emulsify.
  2. This mustard has a nice heat and gives e.g., Salad dressings taste good.
  3. Makes about 230 ml. I always make three times the amount and pour the mustard into jam jars that have been rinsed with hot water. It will keep for several months in the refrigerator.
