- Dough preparation:
- Melt the butter and mix the yeast with the sour cream. Mix all ingredients for the dough, knead well and divide into four parts.
- Mix walnuts with powdered sugar.
- Roll out part of it, brush with jam and fill a third of the walnut mixture.
- Treat the next two pieces of dough in the same way as the first. Roll out the last part and place on top.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes.
- Let cool and brush with melted couverture.
