Cut the ginger very finely and put it in warm oil. Finely chop the onion and add it and fry for a while with the saucepan closed. Then add the ground beef. As soon as the minced beef is done, add the small cauliflower florets and, if necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Let the whole thing stew for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Then add the tomato paste and season with salt and hot paprika powder. The whole thing can be spiced up by adding a little lemon juice and / or grated lemon zest.
Potatoes taste particularly good with them, but rice or noodles also go well.
