Instructions

  1. Cut the ginger unpeeled, but briefly razed, into small pieces. Peel the 4 lemons and the orange thinly with a peeler. Squeeze out the juice and mix it well with the honey.
  2. Simmer the peels with the pieces of ginger in 700 ml water for 20 minutes over low heat. If necessary, you can add the fresh mint after a few minutes and let it simmer. Then put everything through a sieve and let cool down.
  3. Only now is the juice-honey mixture added. Mix everything well and place in a clean, sealable container.
  4. The healthy and delicious brew can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 weeks. Every cold disappears immediately.
