Instructions

  1. Remove the shells and intestines from the shrimp and place in a freezer bag. Add the sherry, the juice of the lime and the chopped ginger. Seal the bag, shake everything inside and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan. Take the prawns out of the bag, dab and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the spice powder and the remaining marinade, continue cooking and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar if you like.
  3. This goes well with rice or glass or rice noodles.
