Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the ginger. Crush the peppercorns.
  2. Put 500 ml of water in a saucepan. Add the ginger, peppercorns, honey, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk, bring to the boil again and simmer for 2 minutes.
