Squeeze the lemons. Peel the ginger and turmeric roots (with gloves) and roughly dice.
Then finely puree all ingredients in a blender or with a blender and fill into a bottle. If you don`t like them, you can strain off the solid components beforehand.
Take 1 shot (20 - 40 ml) per day, preferably in the morning.
The cayenne pepper and the linseed oil serve to better absorb the ingredients of the turmeric.
