Ingredients

  • 3 lemon (s), juice it
  • 100 g iner root
  • 5 g turmeric root
  • 100 ml agave syrup
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon linseed oil
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemons. Peel the ginger and turmeric roots (with gloves) and roughly dice.
  2. Then finely puree all ingredients in a blender or with a blender and fill into a bottle. If you don`t like them, you can strain off the solid components beforehand.
  3. Take 1 shot (20 - 40 ml) per day, preferably in the morning.
  4. The cayenne pepper and the linseed oil serve to better absorb the ingredients of the turmeric.
