Ingredients

  • 100 g iner, oranic
  • 20 ml lemon juice, approx., Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 bottle blood orange juice, approx. liter

Instructions

  1. Cut the ginger unpeeled into small pieces.
  2. Put the lemon juice and honey in a food processor or a tall mixing vessel and puree with a small dash of orange juice. Then press everything through a sieve. Pour into a suitable bottle and top up with the orange juice.
  3. You can also add pepper or turmeric if you like. Also works with apple juice.
  4. Drink 2 cl every morning, topped up with juice if necessary, in slow sips.
