Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned ginger root into slices, place in a teapot and pour the boiling water over it. Add turmeric and honey, stir and let steep for 5 - 10 minutes.
  2. Stir again before drinking, as the turmeric powder will settle on the bottom of the pot. In the winter time very good against colds, but also very tasty as a breakfast tea.
