Instructions

  1. Preparation: Puree the bananas with the orange juice. Beat the sweet cream with the sugar until stiff, mix with the banana puree and the gingerbread spice. Perfume with the rum. Roughly chop the chocolate, add to the cream and mix. Serve well chilled.
