Put the apple juice in a saucepan and heat it at a low temperature. Add all the spices. Squeeze two oranges and pour the juice into the saucepan. Add a few orange zest (the very thin strips of the outermost peel). Cut the last orange into slices and add. Cut the lemon into slices and add. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Finally add the gin. Now don`t let it boil anymore.
Tip: You can take an inexpensive gin, because of all the spices you can hardly taste it.
