Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks, egg and sugar in a water bath until frothy and then leave to cool. Whip the cream and fold in. Chop the Giotto and chocolate and fold in as well.
  2. Line a loaf pan with cling film and pour the mixture into it. Freeze the whole thing overnight.
