Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the glass noodles and leave to soak for about 10 minutes. Cut the red onions into half rings and fry them with the minced meat. Then take it out of the pan.
  2. Also fry the pointed cabbage, bell pepper, carrots and spring onions and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes just before the end of the cooking time.
  3. When the vegetables are cooked, add the minced meat and glass noodles and season with soy sauce, spices and mango sauce - leave to steep for a few minutes.
