Prepare the glass noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and grate the carrots. Chop peppers, onions, mushrooms and aubergine and fry briefly in a pan in a little oil.
Put the noodles in a bowl and squeeze the peeled garlic. Add the fried vegetables and carrots, mix with the pasta and season with ajvar, salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into strips, season with salt and pepper, fry briefly in a little oil and add to the salad.
