Ingredients
- 2 packs glass noodles
- 300 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 3 red pepper (s)
- 2 onions)
- 1 packet mushrooms, fresh
- 1 small eggplant (s)
- 5 carrot (s)
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 2 tablespoon ajvar
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- oil

- Prepare the glass noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and grate the carrots. Chop peppers, onions, mushrooms and aubergine and fry briefly in a pan in a little oil.
- Put the noodles in a bowl and squeeze the peeled garlic. Add the fried vegetables and carrots, mix with the pasta and season with ajvar, salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken into strips, season with salt and pepper, fry briefly in a little oil and add to the salad.
- Enjoy cold or warm.
- Tip: The salad tastes good even without meat.
