Dice the chicken breast. Crush a clove of garlic, mix with teriyaki sauce and soak the meat in it for several hours.
Grate the carrots and fry them in a pan with oil, stirring for about 30 minutes, until they are brown. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry separately in butter. Sear the meat in a little oil and cut into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Prepare the glass noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain them and cut them several times with kitchen scissors.
Mix the glass noodles, chicken, carrots, onions, garlic and mushrooms together well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli powder and a little teriyaki sauce and possibly chilli sauce.
