Heat the oil in a soup pot. Add diced onion and squeezed garlic and sauté. Add the chopped soup greens and minced meat and fry for another 10 minutes. Soak the mushrooms and add them. Season well as needed and cook for another 10 minutes. Pour the water on. Put in the glass noodles and simmer for about 3 minutes. Cut through the glass noodles a few times with scissors. Arrange and serve immediately.
