Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and mix with a little oil.
Finely dice the garlic cloves and sauté with the prawns in a little oil. Mix the sauce powder with water and then add to the prawns in the pan. Add the cream and curry paste and stir well.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper and honey, add the pasta and let it steep for a few minutes. Serve hot.
The sauce is a quick basic recipe and can be expanded as required.
