Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into 1-2 cm thick slices.
  2. Mix the honey, mustard, orange peel and orange juice together. Grill the pineapple until there are clearly visible brown streaks from the grillage. Brush with the marinade a few times. Grind the mint leaves well with the sugar in a mortar.
  3. Serve the pineapple with the ice cream. Drizzle with the remaining marinade and sprinkle with the sugar-mint mixture.
