Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, fresh, peeled
- 50 g honey, more liquid
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 1 orange (s), juice and grated zest
- 1 sprig mint
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 4 scoops ice cream (preferably pistachio)

- Cut the pineapple into 1-2 cm thick slices.
- Mix the honey, mustard, orange peel and orange juice together. Grill the pineapple until there are clearly visible brown streaks from the grillage. Brush with the marinade a few times. Grind the mint leaves well with the sugar in a mortar.
- Serve the pineapple with the ice cream. Drizzle with the remaining marinade and sprinkle with the sugar-mint mixture.
