Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a mild heat. Caramelize the sugar in it. Add the turnips, season with salt, pepper and toss. Cover with 3 tablespoons of water and steam for 5 minutes. Then cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes until the liquid has boiled down like a syrup. Add parsley, season heartily with vinegar, salt and pepper.
