  2. The salt, oil (I don`t take it too seriously and usually a good dash of sesame oil), add milk and water, add vanilla powder and flour (if there is no vanilla powder, just take 100 g flour) stir - let stand.
  3. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C fan oven. Peel the apples and cut into wedges. Put in a round silicone mold and pour the batter over it. Bake the pancake on the lowest setting for 20 minutes.
  4. Since it goes quickly and tastes delicious, I have also made it as a cake substitute for a spontaneous coffee visit. There are no limits to the toppings. From horn syrup to sugar pearls, everything is allowed. The fruit is also variable depending on the taste and season.
