Put the tomatoes and zucchini in a baking dish and pour the herbs on top. Salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). You do not need to preheat.
In the meantime, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet and crush the feta cheese with a fork. I cooked the gnocchi in the classic way, but next time I`ll fry them in the pan so they`re nice and crispy.
Add the gnocchi and feta cheese to the vegetables and bake for about 15 minutes. Garnish the finished casserole with fresh basil or other herbs and serve.
If you don`t really like feta cheese, you can replace it with mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
