Instructions
Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Fry the gnocchi in a large pan. Add the peas and sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water. Finally stir in the spinach. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with the chopped parsley.
