Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 150 g spinach
  • 100 g peas
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

For the sauce:

  • 250 ml vegetable cream (Vegetable Cream Cuisine)
  • 2 tablespoon yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ kala namak
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Fry the gnocchi in a large pan. Add the peas and sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water. Finally stir in the spinach. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with the chopped parsley.
