Shrimp Carbonara Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 250 Grams
  • Cream – 250 Milliliters
  • Ham – 200 Grams (Bacon)
  • Shrimp – 500 Grams (Not Peeled)
  • Hard cheese – 150 grams (Parmesan or any hard cheese)
  • Spices – 1 Pinch (Italian herbs, salt, pepper)

  1. Add cream, grated cheese and ham, cut into small slices, into the saucepan (no more than 60% of the total). Cook for 10 minutes, stirring gently.

  2. Now you need to boil the shrimp. Put frozen shrimp in boiling water, do not forget to add salt to the water. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add cooked and peeled shrimps to the sauce. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Then add to the sauce pre-cooked spaghetti until semi-cooked. Cook for another 7-8 minutes until the pasta is fully cooked.

  5. Put spices in the sauce. A pinch of Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Done! Sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese on top and serve.
