Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 ml whipped cream
  • Bacon
  • 300 g pasta

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and avocado, remove the stone from the latter. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the garlic, avocado, lemon and egg yolk. Add the cream at your own discretion, so that the mixture is not too firm, but also not too liquid. At the same time, put on the pasta and fry the bacon, optionally with a few onions for a little extra flavor.
  2. Drain the pasta, put it back in the saucepan and mix with the desired amount of avocado cream and bacon.
