Ingredients

  • 300 g potato (s)
  • 300 g penne or spiral noodles
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream (full or single cream)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic granules

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water for pasta and potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-sized pieces. Put the potatoes and pasta in the salted water and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Danger! Note the different cooking times (size of the potato pieces and cooking time of the pasta).
  2. In the meantime prepare the sauce and fry the diced bacon until translucent. Put the cream in a smaller pan, beat in the eggs and warm up. Season the whole thing to taste. When the eggs are slightly scrambled, remove from the stove, drain the pasta and potatoes and return to the pan.
  3. Mix the bacon and sauce with the pastry potatoes and serve.
  4. Tip: serve with grated cheese and a seasonal salad if you like.
