Sauté the bacon, garlic and onion cubes in the butter. Add the Leberkäse and fry. Add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste, cream and crème fraîche and sauté briefly. Season with granulated broth, paprika powder and chili powder.
Mix the gnocchi with the mixture, pour everything into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
Baked at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
