Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven (top / bottom heat 200 degrees / convection 175 degrees). Whisk the milk, cream, parmesan and pesto together and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the uncooked gnocchi, peas and the pesto-cream mixture in a greased casserole dish, tear the bacon into small pieces and spread on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
