Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and cut into cubes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the meat cubes in it for about 4 minutes.
Wash the chard, spin dry, remove the thick leaf stalks and cut the leaves into strips. Wash, core and dice the pepper.
Add the chard strips, diced paprika and gnocchi to the turkey schnitzel and fry for another 4 minutes. Deglaze with broth and bring to the boil. Stir in the processed cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
