Let the olive oil get hot in the pan. Fry the chopped peppers and zucchini in it. When the vegetables are seared, remove them from the pan and place them in a bowl.
Fry the gnocchi in hot oil on the highest level, regardless of whether they are pre-cooked or not. If they are not pre-cooked, a little more oil is needed. Season the gnocchi well in the pan with salt, pepper, paprika and, if necessary, herbs and fry until golden brown. Then add the fried vegetables again and mix everything briefly.
Now add a dash of milk to the pan and wait for the milk to boil strongly. Now add the cream cheese, mix everything together and let it steep in the pan, then serve.
Tip: It also tastes great with half herbal cream cheese, half chilli cream cheese.
