Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchis and the green beans in salted water until they are firm to the bite and drain.
  2. In the meantime, drain the sun-dried tomatoes (save some of the seasoning oil) and cut into cubes. Then prepare a spicy dressing from the ingredients listed and add the dried tomato cubes. Mix the gnocchis and beans with the dressing while they are still warm and allow to cool a little. Just before serving, carefully fold in the mozzarella balls.
  3. The salad tastes lukewarm but also cold if it is well drawn.
