Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, sauté in olive oil, deglaze with the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Add the pesto, season with salt and pepper and refine with cream, creme fraiche or a lean cream cheese.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the gnocchi as instructed, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with parmesan.
