Instructions

  1. Prepare the gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the sage leaves and pat dry.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, add the sage leaves and roast with a little salt. After about 5 minutes, add the honey to caramelize.
  3. Toss the cooked, drained gnocchi in the sage butter for about 3 minutes, then serve.
