Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil and fry the gnocchi in it.
  2. Add paprika, spring onions and tomato wafers and cook over a mild heat for about 15 minutes, stirring carefully in between. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Sprinkle the sheep`s cheese on top and serve immediately
