Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocci according to the instructions on the packet. Chop the chicken and fry in a little olive oil in a pan.
  2. Deglaze with vegetable stock, heavy cream or soy cream and white wine. Mix in the pesto and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a little mozzarella if you like. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
