- Unpack the puff pastry squares, place them next to each other and let thaw briefly.
- Cut the goat cheese talers in half (horizontally) and place one half on a puff pastry square.
- Chop the chillies and the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and spread them on the goat cheese. Season with freshly ground pepper and rosemary.
- If you like, you can put a dollop of honey on every goat cheese thaler, the sweet and spicy combination is very interesting (but not for everyone).
- From the oven at 200 degrees, until the puff pastry has risen completely and is lightly brown (depending on the oven after about 15-20 minutes).
- Delicious as a starter, but also suitable as a light evening meal with a salad.
