  • 4 piece (s) goat cream cheese (Taler)
  • 8 sheets puff pastry, frozen, the square leaves
  • 8 tomato (s), dried
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • rosemary
  • possibly honey

Instructions

  1. Unpack the puff pastry squares, place them next to each other and let thaw briefly.
  2. Cut the goat cheese talers in half (horizontally) and place one half on a puff pastry square.
  3. Chop the chillies and the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and spread them on the goat cheese. Season with freshly ground pepper and rosemary.
  4. If you like, you can put a dollop of honey on every goat cheese thaler, the sweet and spicy combination is very interesting (but not for everyone).
  5. From the oven at 200 degrees, until the puff pastry has risen completely and is lightly brown (depending on the oven after about 15-20 minutes).
  6. Delicious as a starter, but also suitable as a light evening meal with a salad.
