Ingredients

  • 300 g puff pastry, frozen
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 0.5 ½ pack parsley, frozen
  • 100 g yourt (cream yourt)
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Thaw the puff pastry. In the meantime, crumble the sheep`s cheese for the cheese filling. Add parsley, yoghurt, milk and 1 egg and mix in.
  2. Place the puff pastry sheets next to each other and brush with a little oil. Put the filling on half of the plates. Fold the other half of the dough over it.
  3. Separate the second egg. Brush the edges with egg white and press firmly together.
  4. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet. Whisk the egg yolk and oil together and brush the dough with it. Let rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 225 (gas stove: setting 4 / convection 200 °) for about 20 minutes.
