Ingredients

  • 6 sheet / s puff pastry (frozen)
  • 1 leek, cut into rings
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 g bacon
  • 100 g cheese (oat cheese or sheep cheese)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Unpack the puff pastry, place on a greased baking sheet and let thaw. Sauté onion cubes, bacon and garlic in hot olive oil. Briefly add the leek to the pan.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and fold the goat cheese cut into pieces into the vegetables. Pour the mixture across the puff pastry slices.
  3. Brush the edges of the dough with the egg yolk, fold over 2 opposite corners and press lightly. Brush the parcels with a little egg yolk and bake at 200 ° C for about 18-20 minutes.
