Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can corn
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 2 packs puff pastry, 70 g each
  • some herb butter
  • some cheese (grated cheese)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. The ingredients are sufficient as a main course for a catchy menu without side dishes.
  2. Use only 1/4 of the ingredients as a starter or snack and only half of the ingredients as the main course of a multi-course meal.
  3. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Open the can of corn, drain, wash the peppers, cut into small cubes and cut the cleaned mushrooms into pieces.
  4. Melt the herb butter in a pan, fry the onions and garlic in it.
  5. Add the corn and shortly afterwards the mushrooms and fry them too. Season to taste.
  6. Divide the puff pastry into eight pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Spread the prepared mushrooms on top, pour the diced paprika over them, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
